1. Your Statutory Rights
Your rights as a consumer in New Zealand are protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in this Return Policy limits or overrides those statutory rights. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the CGA, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include repair, replacement, or refund — regardless of this policy.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the tamper seal intact.
- The product must not have been used or damaged.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email).
- The request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products unless the product is defective or does not meet a consumer guarantee.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact us immediately. In these circumstances, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 regardless of whether the product has been opened. We will arrange for collection and replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at ask-team@whrexxonzynrozal.world within the applicable return period.
- Include your full name, order confirmation number, and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.
- Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For defective or incorrectly supplied products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under this policy (unless covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act):
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 30 days of receipt (for change-of-mind)
- Products that have been damaged through misuse or improper storage
